– US Army: Commander, Special Operations Forces. Commanded joint, combined, and special purpose units in three small wars; conceived, coordinated, and conducted strategic reconnaissance, counterinsurgency operations, human intelligence networks, and direct action missions.
– US Army: International Programs Officer. Qualified Latin American Foreign Area Officer; senior assistant to the Secretary of the Army for Latin American Politico-Military Affairs; ten years residency within American Embassy country teams as Army Attache, Security Assistance Office, or Military Advisor.
– FBI: Chief Security Officer. Responsible for the formulation, interpretation, and implementation of national and local policy related to personnel, physical, information, communications, operations, and cyber security for the Field Office with the largest geographical jurisdiction in the Western United States.
– FBI: Intelligence Program Coordinator. – FBI: Intelligence Squad Supervisor: Supervised or supported three squads of 38 strategic and tactical FBI Intelligence Analysts and two intelligence fusion centers (State of California and Northern California) of 24 criminal intelligence analysts through advancing strategic plans that would consider both goals and available resources; provided optimal levels of guidance and direction to subordinates and partners; managed the work to exceed FBI and Department of Homeland Security standards for quality, quantity, and timeliness.
