Arlene A. Gaylord is the Executive Director of Church Operations at Purcellville Baptist Church, where she oversees strategic planning, organizational development, and the critical administrative, security, HR, events, and communications functions of the ministry. She is also the President and Founder of Gaylord Executive Solutions and a Board-Certified Coach with over 33 years of leadership experience in the FBI.
Arlene retired in January 2025 as Executive Assistant Director of the Information and Technology Branch, having previously served as Assistant Director of the FBI’s Information Management Division and Office of Equal Employment Opportunity Affairs.
